Policies

Below are the following policies at Spray Tans with Jess! It is the clients responsibility to make themselves aware of policies at Spray Tans with Jess prior to booking an appointment. Failure to comply with policies will result in an unfortunate ability to not have and/or be able to book an appointment in the future if the below is not followed.

To secure your appointment: A $10 deposit (non-refundable for ANY cancellations or rescheduling) is required to book and secure an appointment. This deposit can be done via Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card, or cash drop off! This will confirm your selected day/time! Please know, until the deposit is confirmed, the appointment is not secured. The deposit WILL go towards the total amount of the Spray Tan!

Appointments that are rescheduled will require a NEW deposit!

Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late from their scheduled time, an additional $10 will be charged to the service price as appointment blocks are back to back!

Appointments that are same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service with no exceptions. Failure to comply, will result in no future appointments. 

All clients must sign consent form. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign consent form. Jess will provide the consent form prior to appointment and/or at the time of the appointment.

If you have a concern regarding your Spray Tan, you must contact Jess within 24hours from your appointment to discuss. Anytime after 24hours does not allow proper advice to be given.

If an appointment is made as a "last minute" request / "squeeze in" (at Jess's discretion) a deposit of $20 is required to book the appointment in addition to the regular or rapid spray tan service price due at the remainder of the appointment.

"After Hour" Pricing!

Any appointments wished to be made between the hours of 6:00am - 8:00am and 8:00pm - 10:00pm an additional charge of $20 will be added to the service! A deposit of $20 is required for these hours. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Jess!
